For anyone who has relations with RED or just have us on DNH or something our second tag will be "lateRED" without the quotes, anyone who joined RED and does not have a country and needs to start one will be put in that tag.

another thing, at the end of the reset we will probably join both tags not to screw someone else out of a spot of average nw if our main tag is high enough to even do that, but like DDDbrian said this is to help us expand

I expect and demand that All training-tags handle their own retals. If they cant, don't pass the retal on to your parent-alliance! This is a fair price the parent-child-alliance have to pay for not beeing under the same tag!

So...your whole recruiting strategy is to exaggerate and portray yourself as something you are not?
Interesting :)

Leo has a good point there Asdf.
But Samoan, you must not be thinking correctly this morning. RED is known (atleast IMO) as a small netgaining group, like an Avengers type alliance. RED, on the other hand, wishes to grow in the future and wants to have a place for its new recruits to have a place to start a country and learn the ways of 1A (this is a good idea because many good recruits come out of tourney but they normally dont want to wait another 2 months to play 1A).
"lateRED" is a good way to introduce these new recruits. It is a good idea and they should be commended for it. Still seems like the old jade project ;)

P.S. These are my views, NOT the vies of Asdf or RED. I am sure a RED leader will explain later when they are on.

Leo Arietis, how do you expect countries that started a month late to be able to make all there retals?
Samoan, in a way you could say that, but what RED is is what we started out with, i doubt many other alliances are going to take any newbie that comes around who's high nw is 2-4m in standard and 1.5-2m in tourny, and don't even know what LG BPT and that stuff means. we will be doing that, we can teach them this reset (or as many as we can because i know it is a tough job teaching newbies about 1a and strategy, but yet there will be people that do not want to learn so we can get rid of them next reset and say RED only takes dedicatede members
sorry for the improper englesh and stuff nothing like DDDbrian and Tbody, but i have a tough time keeping up with icq

Actually, teaching strategy is quite easy. Having newbies spend the time on 1A and understand the policies is the hard part and the part that gives leaders the most trouble.

That's good, cause we dropped from 1st to 4rth avrg NW because two people joined RED and are like 200k NW...
I'm actually happy about that and am very happy about training and bootcamps..it works out well..
Personnally, if I'd be a clan leader of a clan such as RED, I'd accept only people that can get at least 80M in standard and put everyone else in a boot camp that would be separated in 3 sections:
1. Total newbies (never got over 5M NW)
2. Semi newbies (that can do from 5M to 20M)
3.Average players (from 20M to 80M)...
But we're not big enough for that anyway...and I doubt that many people would be as enthousiastic as me about this kind of stuff..
anyway....Long Live RED

"a training tag is a cheap way to protect average member nw, because you take people doing bad out of your main tag and put in your training tag"
Not really, the Avengers training tag, when we had one, wasn't too far behind on the average networth. We're still taking in new recruits (some aren't even over a few million), adding them to the main tag, AND maintaining the top average networth spot. Is this tag an actually training tag, or just a place for free retals without damaging your average networth?
